2026 Clean Up Days Voucher Program: April 20-June 19

You can pick up your vouchers:

1. 8 am- 3 pm: M, W, Th at the Administration Building: 6776 Wedgewood Rd.
2. at PM Regular Township Trustee & F.D. Meetings (15 minutes prior to the start of the meeting).
3. Call 330-725-6515 and schedule a time to pick up your voucher with a Trustee after hours.

Reminders about Vouchers:

1.  Yard waste, specialty and hazardous waste, and tires are NOT included in the voucher.
2. Box trucks and dump trailers use the commercial entrance.  All others use the residential entrance.
3. 1 Voucher per Lafayette Township household.
4. You may not pick up a voucher for anyone else.  No exceptions.
5. No vouchers will be accepted outside the dates listed.
