Zoning Fee Schedule updated and effective April 1, 2025.
Permits are required for all new structures, including residential, business, and industrial buildings, decks, porches, accessory-use buildings (including sheds), fences, pools, ponds, and lakes.
Permits are also necessary whenever an existing building is altered by increasing the bulk of that structure.

- Decks, Porches, Pavilions, Pergolas, Hot Tubs and Gazebos
- Fences
- Signs
- Ponds and Lakes
- Agricultural exemption forms
- Change of Allowable Use
- Site Plan Review
- Appeals / Variance
- Conditional Use Permits
- Similar Use Request
- Zoning Amendments
Note: Checks are the preferred type of payment, although cash or money order is also acceptable. If the payment is cash it must be the exact amount. Any checks or money orders are to be made out to Lafayette Township.
